1. Rubber pads: Highly elastic polymer materials with reversible deformation. They are elastic at room temperature, capable of significant deformation under small external forces, and return to their original shape after the force is removed. Rubber is a completely amorphous polymer with a low glass transition temperature (Tg) and a very high molecular weight, often exceeding hundreds of thousands.
2. Rubber is a thermosetting elastomer, while plastics are thermosetting and cryogenic. Due to differences in the main types of vulcanizates, the molding and curing temperature range of rubber varies considerably and can even be affected by climate changes and indoor temperature and humidity. Therefore, the production conditions for rubber products need to be adjusted appropriately at all times; otherwise, variations in product quality may occur.
3. Technical parameters: -100℃~300℃, Pressure <3.0MPa, DN15~DN400
