When making rubber mats from recycled tires, the old tires are first fed into a washing machine via conveyor belt and washed with a water-based biodegradable agent.
The tires are then sent to a shredder to be crushed into fragments, and the metal is separated using a magnet. Impurities such as fibers, glass, and nylon are removed, and the resulting material is screened to obtain rubber granules with a diameter of approximately 2.5 mm.
The rubber granules are then further crushed into powder. This powder is then filled into a mold measuring seven meters long and one meter wide, the thickness of which varies depending on the product. The powder-filled mold is then placed in a press and heated at a high temperature for approximately 30 minutes, the heating time varying depending on the product.
After heating, the rubber mats are removed from the molds and cooled with a water jet for three minutes. Finally, the cooled rubber mats are cut into small pieces, stacked, and packaged as finished products.
