HNBR Rubber Oring

HNBR Rubber Oring

HNBR Rubber O-ring is a sealing ring made from hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber, where hydrogenation reduces unsaturated bonds in the polymer chain to improve resistance to heat, oil, and ozone. It seals by 10–30% radial compression inside a machined groove, creating contact pressure to prevent leakage of hydraulic oil, fuel, and refrigerants between mating surfaces. The material is typically compounded with HNBR base polymer, carbon black reinforcement, and peroxide or sulfur curing systems to control hardness and compression set. It operates in -40°C to 150°C and is used in hydraulic systems, engines, compressors, and oil & gas fluid control equipment.

FAQ

Q1: What are the packaging options?

A: Standard packaging is 100, 500, or 1000 pcs per poly bag in bulk format. Each bag is printed with product size, material code, and batch number. Outer export-grade cartons are reinforced and suitable for direct retail or distribution use.

Q2: Do you support custom packaging and OEM/branding?

A: Yes. Customer logos and customized product names can be printed on both poly bags and cartons. MOQ requirements depend on specifications and can be confirmed with our sales team.

Q3: Are samples free?

A: Standard sizes can be provided as free samples, with shipping cost covered by the buyer. For customized samples, mold fees and material costs may apply, which can be deducted from future bulk orders.

Q4: Who are the end users of this product?

A: Typical end users include automotive repair shops, industrial maintenance departments, hydraulic service providers, HVAC and refrigeration repair technicians, and oilfield field service teams.

Q5: How can distributors prove product quality to end customers?

A: Each batch includes traceable batch information linked to raw material certificates, production data, and inspection reports. If customers have quality concerns, distributors can retrieve full traceability records using the batch number without returning the product to the factory.
